•       Work well under pressure and multitasking i.e. stacking shelves whilst watching self scan and keeping the checkouts running.

•       People skills in terms of dealing with customers (customer service) and also staff.

•        Leadership skills and teamwork whilst working with other supervisors in a team to help run the checkouts and lead the other staff.

•        Disciplinary skills, knowing when and how to discipline staff and have partook in many disciplinary meetings.

•        Excellent work ethic, never has a day off sick, always helps out and stays late.

•       Authorizing sales and refunds.

•        Running not just checkouts but petrol station, cigarette kiosk, customer services and car park

•        Familiar with Rota's and making changes/suggestions and overseeing them.

•       Technological skills in developing spreadsheets and documents for the team to use.
